Really poor, lies about stock and delivery, have to jump through too many hoops and pay custom charges and still no package, avoid!!!

Awful quality
I bought a pottery wheel from Vevor. The order came from Germany, so I thought this would be a pood product. Turned out the product was seemingly produced in some rural Chinese village by untrained peasants. Awful quality. Came in with a judder which has now, one week later, become a drum beat, making the wheel useless. Vevor's reaction: get the wheel repaired by a local workshop. I live in central London; a laughable recommendation, suggesting these guys do not know what they are talking about. Refuse to take responsible, as would any reputable company do.

I bought a beadroller from them at the end of March, believing it was coming from the UK as it is a .co.uk website. It was only when I recieved a letter from parcelforce asking I pay import duty that I realised it was coming from Germany. No where on the site or during the payment process do they tell you this. With the additional costs added I could have bought a better bead roller locally.
I emailed them to complain but was met with radio silence.
Disappointed.

These guys are high time scammers! They sent a faulty waffle maker to me, yet with all the evidence they're acting oblivious! I need my money back

I ordered 11 dough sheeters from this company. Over half of them did not work when they came in. I tried to contact them and their phone # just goes to busy. I emailed them and heard nothing. I submitted a poor review on their website which was never published, but they finally emailed me asking for pictures, and videos. When I sent the videos they said they could not open them. They finally sent me a site to attach them to and said them were able to open them. They said they knew what was wrong and would send me parts. The parts never came, in the meantime most of the other machines have went down with other issues. These things have many design flaws and they expected me to fix them at my expense. I expect the others to go down anytime. I told them they need to take them back since they have a 30 day satisfaction guarantee. They didn't respond so I cancelled the charge on my credit card. 2 weeks later (today) they respond saying that my return is not covered and that if I want to return them it will be at my expense, but they will offer me a $5 refund. This company is a joke! Thank you Visa!

I ordered a hand rail for garden steps on 9th March
I’ve been given a made up DHL express number. The company has not responded to my emails nor answered my calls - either rings out dr get a Recorded useless message but can’t a Voicemail- no response
I’m reporting this to my bank as a fraudulent transaction as I now believe they are not sending the product and taken the money as the DHL reference is made up too

Shocking company.
Avoid at all costs.
Equipment does not work and repair companies won't touch it.

I shopped around for an affordable screen printing press to start out on. I thought I had found a deal at vevor.com but, it was a scam. I can't use this machine. Holes are drilled wrong, some aren't drilled at all, and the problems don't end there. The paint chipping off cut me twice. The arm will not stay down. If you can get in contact with them, they want to give you the run-around by asking for pictures and video. I need a refund and return label not to send them photos of junk that they KNOW is junk. Pay attention to the bad reviews. Do not take any chances. Spend your money on products that are not a gamble and will be usable so you can get a return on your investment.

Sent it late, after reported to Paypal.
EXTREMELY POOR quality; uncompleted welding to one corner and spots of rust on stainless still for a new, out of the box cabinet.
Having a lot of trouble to send it back or get a partial refund.

Bought an item with knowledge it was to be shipped from China. Being in Australia it got here fairly quick. Item quality better than expected for something 1/3rd the price of local goods. No problemo

I purchased a Smoothie Machine from Vevor I canceled the order about 3 days later because I never received a tracking and could not get in touch with anyone about my order. Upon finally speaking someone on the fourth day she said that she would contact the seller and he would get back with me via email, he did and upon that said that a full refund has been granted it is now January 10th and I still don't have my refund.
